What we collect
Contact, organisation, order, payment-status and technical security data you provide or generate when using the site. Card details are handled by the configured payment provider and are not stored by CAXOPIA.
Why we use it
To respond, create and fulfil orders, secure the service, maintain an auditable credit ledger and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
We share data only with necessary hosting, payment and operational providers. We retain it only for the service, security, accounting and legal periods that apply.
