Commercial terms for CAXOPIA setup, management, agents and credits.
Scope
A written order or proposal defines the selected community, agent configuration, integrations, timings and exclusions.
Pricing and recurring service
Setup is one-time. Management and agent rental recur at the stated interval after confirmation. Credit bundles are separate usage units and are not currency.
Launch timing
A standard core deployment can begin in an afternoon; this is not an unconditional completion guarantee for custom work, migration or review.
Responsibility
Customers remain responsible for members, lawful content, governance, professional review and appropriate use of AI output.
